Nimba Foods Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Because our shea butter is whipped in small batches to ensure maximum nutrient retention, we take extra care to ensure your product is fresh before it leaves our facility. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Temperature-Sensitive Handling

Our Whipped African Shea Butter is delicate. During warmer months, we may include specialized packaging to prevent melting. If your butter arrives slightly softened due to transit temperatures, simply place it in a cool, dry place for an hour to return to its ultra-smooth texture.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Missing Packages

Nimba Foods is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged (e.g., a broken jar or torn pouch), please save all packaging materials and contact us at Nimba Foods with photos so we can assist with a claim.
