Nimba Foods Refund & Return Policy

At Nimba Foods, we stand behind the quality of our hand-crafted shea butter. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered the 1lb pouch but received a jar), contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural and perishable nature of raw shea butter, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
